SGR Episode 43 - Josh’s Rant

Posted in Episodes by Dave on the August 4th, 2008

Yeah, so Josh has some VERY stern words for Lionsgate after seeing Midnight Meat Train this weekend.

Bloody Disgusting has put up a pretty comprehensive article detailing what you can do to support the movie as well as a listing of the theaters the film is playing at.

Yeah, that’s very frustrating to hear about Midnight Meat Train. At least Lionsgate will make up for it by releasing the masterpiece known as Disaster Movie in over 2,000 theaters.

As for the desert island question, I’d say :

    Raiders of The Lost Ark
    Donnie Darko
    The Empire Strikes Back
Monty Python and The Holy Grail
Berlin Alexanderplatz (The gift that keeps on giving)

I was wondering if someone would put in Berlin Alexanderplatz, and you didn’t let me down, sir :)

Give em hell Josh!!! In fact.. what is the theater near me. Anytime someone does not want me to see a flick basically makes me want to see it.

    My 5 movies? Hmmmm

    I’ll get back to ya

that’s great you saw Deliverance. That movie holds up really well- friggen intense and disturbing. Im still the loner in my group of friends that wants to see Midnight Meat Train. I love the title- the preview looked over-the-top and crazy fun. Joseph Douche really screwed the coop on this one.
